Desde las Perlas en ONDA CERO (mayo y junio)

Hola a tod@s, estamos ya en julio y aunque sea un mes en el que estamos pensando en las vacaciones, playa, campo, etc... Desde las Perlas no descansamos, estamos preparando la "tercera temporada" de esta "trilogía". Pero antes, vamos a compartir con vosotr@s los podcasts de mayo y junio. Esperando que os gusten...porque para el curso próximo hay muchas novedades.

NEW SEASON - NUEVA TEMPORADA DESDE LAS PERLAS

Hola a tod@s, vuelta de vacaciones ya tenemos planificada la nueva temporada 20/21 de este proyecto "Desde las Perlas". El equipo que forma este proyecto -Nacho, David y Juan Carlos - aprovecha esta entrada para desearos a tod@s mucha salud durante esta nueva etapa que esperamos os guste y podáis disfrutarla.

Os podemos adelantar que hoy hemos tenido nuestra primera reunión de esta segunda temporada, una reunión que como todas las que mantenemos son muy fructíferas, por otro lado, también os indicamos que -durante este curso 20/21- tenemos muchas novedades.

Hi all, back from holidays, we have already planned project season 20/21 "Desde las Perlas". Our team -Nacho, David and Juan Carlos -  wishes you health during these moments that we hope you like it and enjoy it.

We can already tell you we have had our first on-line meeting. Moreover I would like to highlight that during this academic course there will be a lot of surprises.

Hoy anunciamos una muy buena noticia ya que hacemos pública la futura realización de un webinar para los estudiantes de la UGR (Universidad de Granada) para el próximo curso que estará enmarcado en su propuesta de formación.

POSTERS DE CARNAVAL - CARNIVAL POSTERS

This activity was carried out by the students from St Andrews Junior School. Third, fourth, fifth and sixth class have participated in a researching project about "Carnavales". The aim of this little project was to elaborate a very visual poster with simple information about this festival in Spanish.

This activity had the following stages:

- Research and collect information of "Carnavales" in English.

- Summarise the information into very simple sentences and key words

- Translating a list of connector words from English into Spanish and also the key words selected from the previous stage

- Building simple sentences in Spanish using some verbs, the connector words and the key words.

- Designing the poster and adding the information to it.

The learning goals of this project were the following ones:

- To develop an understanding of the Spanish language syntax's, as well as to build simple sentences to deliver and communicate information.

- To extend the vocabulary

- To develop speaking and communication skills through presenting the poster to the younger classes.

- To promote an awareness of the Spanish culture and develop an interest towards it.

ACTIVIDAD: CREAMOS UN LOGO PARA NUESTRO PROYECTO - ACTIVITY: WE CREATE A LOGO

Para involucrar a los más pequeños en el proyecto y tratar la cultura con ellos, en clase hemos estado viendo lugares típicos de Dublín y Ceuta, paisajes, comidas, tradiciones... Después los niños han realizado un dibujo, de cada clase saldrá un finalista y entre los finalistas se votará al dibujo ganador que será la imagen del proyecto.

Gracias a la tecnología y la cooperación entre los miembros del proyecto, hemos hecho posible que los niños de Ceuta y Dublín sean consciente de lo diferentes e iguales que somos, las perlas están preparadas para la gran aventura.

La curiosidad es uno de los elementos clave del aprendizaje, teniendo en cuenta que la enseñanza de una lengua gana importancia cuando se hace en un contexto real, es relevante la creación de proyectos destinados a la colaboración con otros países donde se habla la lengua que se está aprendiendo, al mismo tiempo que se fomenta el respeto hacia diferentes lenguas y culturas. Con estas premisas nace el proyecto “Desde la Perla Esmeralda a la Perla del Mediterráneo” en el que los niños y niñas de Dublín y Ceuta, van a buscar, compartir y descubrir experiencias sobre maneras de vivir, obras artísticas y literarias.

Dejando volar su imaginación y creatividad los alumnos van a crear y exponer diferentes productos finales como lapbooks, cuentos y más contenido usando el inglés y el español de forma significativa. Acompáñanos en nuestra aventura, únete a las perlas.
